Responsibilities
To be involved in the design and implementation of security & virtualization enhancements to the LynxSecure® Hypervisor and Processor Partitioning System; to extend the Separation Kernel platform to create secure solutions for emerging use cases, utilizing latest virtualization hardware assist technologies from Intel/ARM and Windows/Linux guest OSes.
Requirements
A successful applicant must have:
- BS/MS in Computer Science/EE plus a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux internals, C programming, device drivers and processor architectures are essential
- Strong knowledge of separation kernel architectures and Windows system programming
- Knowledge of low level firmware, QEMU, security concepts is a definite plus
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, as well as good oral and written communication skills
- Strict adherence to development processes as well as attention to detail is essential
- Knowledge of Japanese language & moderate travel to Japan is required
