A: LYNX Software Technologies collects 3 types of information:

We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as (but not limited to) your name, address, company name, company role, and geographical data.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when contacting us, requesting evaluation versions of our products, applying for a position at the company, or otherwise contacting us and expressly providing us with your information.

The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make, the features of the website that you use, or information requested/given during trade shows. The personal information we collect when provided by you can include (but is not limited to) the following:

A: We do not use Google Maps. Our Company ("About Us") Page features a hyperlink directing users to our address within Google Maps, but our Sites do not use a Google Maps API.

A: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "Disclosure of Your Information" above) in France, the United Kingdom, or other countries.
