Meet Lynx at MOSA for Defense 2025

April 30 - May 1, 2025 in National Harbor, MD, USA

📅 April 30 – May 1, 2025  | 📍 National Harbor, MD, USA  | 📍 151 St. George Blvd.

Lynx is attending MOSA for Defense 2025, a leading event focused on driving innovation through modular open systems in mission-critical defense applications.

Erik Vallow, Director of Technical Product Management will be delivering the presentation: "Beyond Speed: Using MOSA for Resilient Agile System Integration and Certification." This session will explore how modular architectures can go beyond fast integration to deliver mission agility, resilience, and long-term adaptability. Through real-world patterns, like separation frameworks and post-certification modularity, Erik will discuss how MOSA can support both airworthiness and evolution in today’s fast-moving defense environments.

Why Visit Lynx at MOSA for Defense

  • Connect with us: Learn how we how we partner with defense organizations to provision and maintain the mission-critical edge. Explore how Lynx helps leading aerospace innovators Seize the Edge in safety, security, and performance.

Presentation  |  🗓️ April 30  |  🕖 12:10pm - 12:40pm

Beyond Speed: Using MOSA for Resilient Agile System Integration and Certification (RASIC)

While speed of integration is a key benefit of MOSA-based systems, today’s mission environments demand more. Modern avionics must not only integrate quickly, but also evolve, recover, and respond to changing requirements. This session explores how modular architectures can enable agility and mission resilience, supporting not just first-flight readiness but also long-term adaptability.

We’ll share real-world architectural patterns, including separation frameworks, telemetry standardization, and post-certification modularity, that enable systems to be observable, maintainable, and certifiable across updates. By aligning modular design with DO-178C certification practices, we’ll show how MOSA can support both airworthiness and adaptability without compromise.
